The Resilience Hub is here to support all public sector workers with the psychological impact of Covid-19.

On this website you’ll find lots of help and guidance for you, for others and for your family.

The Resilience Hub team has also offered helpful hints and tips - including on how to help others.

Below, we have provided links to groups and organisations who may be able to support your ethnic minority public sector friends and colleagues (all external websites open in new tab):

  • Jami - a provider of mental health services for the Jewish Community

  • IBWHAFS - black women’s health and family support

  • Friends Families and Travellers - working on behalf of all Gypsies, Travellers and Roma regardless of ethnicity, culture or background

  • The Muslim Youth Helpline - offers culturally sensitive services to Muslim youth in the UK

  • Muslim Community Helpline - The Muslim Helpline is a confidential listening and emotional support service for those experiencing domestic abuse

  • Liberate - Liberate Meditation offers culturally sensitive and diverse meditations and talks that have been curated for the BAME community. The app aims to help reduce anxiety, alleviate stress and promote rest

And, of course, we can help too - find out what support the Resilience Hub can offer to members of your team and others working in the emergency services, health and social care, education, council workers and volunteers.
