The Lancashire and South Cumbria Resilience Hub was initially created in response to the pandemic to help support staff working in healthcare, social care, emergency services, public sector and the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector affected by Covid-19.
The Resilience Hub are still supporting staff affected by Covid-19 but are also offering support to staff with non-covid related health and wellbeing difficulties.
