The Lancashire and South Cumbria Resilience Hub is here to help support staff working in healthcare, social care, emergency services, public sector and the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector.

The Lancashire and South Cumbria Resilience Hub can provide team and service support to promote health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Welcome to the Lancashire and South Cumbria Resilience Hub.

The Resilience Hub’s dedicated staff offer free support to staff working in healthcare, social care, emergency services, public sector and the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector.

The Resilience Hub are still supporting staff affected by Covid-19 but are also offering support to staff with non-covid related health and wellbeing difficulties.

It is quick and easy to access support through the Resilience Hub and support will be tailored to what best suits you and your needs.

Complete a quick online self-assessment form to see how you’re doing. Following this you will be able to refer yourself to the Resilience Hub if you want some support.

Everything you tell us is confidential.  We will not need to tell your work that you have been in touch.

Once you refer yourself to the Resilience Hub you can expect to hear from us within 3 working days and you will be offered a telephone appointment to have a conversation with a caring member of the Resilience Hub team.

This conversation is an opportunity to think about what it is you are struggling with and what help and support may be of benefit to you.
